Response commitment: we acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and remove any manifestly unlawful content within that same timeframe. CSAM reports are treated as the highest priority and referred to the competent authorities (law enforcement, NCMEC, IWF).
In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (2022/2065) and applicable national law, Fapjoi operates a notice-and-takedown procedure. By submitting a compliant and complete notice, you enable Fapjoi to act as a good-faith host: where disputed content is removed promptly after receipt of a valid notice, Fapjoi shall not be held liable for that content. Abuse of this procedure (including abusive or repeated unfounded reports) may be subject to legal action.
We will acknowledge your request promptly and aim to process valid notices within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to seek clarification before acting on a notice.
